Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026.

How Kyle K Grupico, operating under the RepeatWell brand (1885 Hylan Blvd #1266, Staten Island, NY 10305, United States) handles information for RepeatWell. Contact: support@repeatwell.com.

1. Local-first by design

RepeatWell is local-first desktop software. Your vault, imported documents, and the Markdown files you create stay on your own machine. Core features run offline and need no account or API key. We do not host your vault, upload your documents, run a cloud AI service on your data, embed trackers, or transmit telemetry.

2. Information we process

Only what is needed to sell and support the software: purchase information handled by our third-party payment provider (Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers), support correspondence you email us, and download-access information via a secure download link provided after purchase.

3. Diagnostics

The product's diagnostics and support-report tools write output locally for you to review and redact before you choose to share it. Nothing is transmitted automatically.

4. Sharing, retention, rights

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate (payment provider, download host, email) and as required by law; we do not sell personal information. They process this information under their own terms, only as needed to complete a purchase, delivery, or email. Retention: kept as long as needed for support and ordinary accounting/tax recordkeeping (generally up to seven years), then deleted or anonymized. Your rights: email support@repeatwell.com to ask us to access, correct, or delete the limited information described above, regardless of where you are located; this is a general practice, not a determination of which specific privacy law applies to you.

5. Security and children

We use reasonable measures for the limited information we process; because your vault stays on your device, its security is primarily under your control. RepeatWell is business software not directed to children.
