Accessibility Statement

Kyle K Grupico, operating under the RepeatWell brand is committed to making the RepeatWell website and product usable by as many people as possible.

1. Website

The RepeatWell website is a static, tracker-free site built with semantic HTML. It aims to support keyboard navigation and visible focus, readable contrast and a light/dark friendly theme, respect for reduced-motion preferences, responsive small-screen layouts, text alternatives for meaningful non-text content, and usability without JavaScript where practical.

2. Target standard and conformance status

RepeatWell targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a target, not a claim of current conformance; conformance status is not assessed by any formal, certified, or third-party process. An owner-run, in-house technical accessibility scan has since been performed (see below); RepeatWell has not undergone formal third-party certification, a licensed accessibility audit, or legal review, and does not claim to fully conform to, comply with, or be certified against WCAG 2.2 or any other accessibility standard.

3. Known limitations

An owner-run, in-house technical accessibility scan was performed (automated axe-core testing against WCAG 2.2 Level AA rules, keyboard navigation, and responsive layout across the site's public routes); see docs/accessibility/INHOUSE_ACCESSIBILITY_ASSESSMENT.md in the repository for the full evidence-based report. One minor limitation was identified: at 200% text-only zoom (browser text-size scaling that does not change the viewport width) on a 375px-wide mobile viewport, a decorative image caption on the home page overflows the page by approximately 7 pixels. At the standard WCAG 1.4.10 reflow test width (320 CSS pixels) and under ordinary pinch/browser zoom, no overflow was found on any tested page. No other known accessibility limitations were identified within the tested website scope during this owner-run assessment. This does not constitute certification or a claim of complete WCAG 2.2 AA conformance, and it is not a substitute for a professional accessibility audit or legal review.

4. Product

RepeatWell generates plain Markdown opened in a third-party editor (Obsidian). The portability and plain-text nature of the output supports assistive technologies, though the editor experience is provided by that third-party application.

5. Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact support@repeatwell.com. We reply under our support SLA: Email support replies within two business days, Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This is the same published support SLA used for all support requests — no separate accessibility response-time commitment is made.
