Know exactly where RepeatWell stops.
Does RepeatWell replace my accounting, tax, or practice-management software?
No. It is not a CRM, ERP, bookkeeping platform, tax platform, billing system, or client portal. It organizes your firm's internal operations layer and works alongside the tools you already use.
Does it send my firm's data to an AI service?
No. The core works offline, needs no API key, and implements no content or telemetry transmission. AI is only an optional supporting capability—never required, and never the product.
Do I have to talk to the seller to start?
No. Setup is fully self-service: install, run the local wizard, generate. You never submit confidential documents or receive manual setup to get going.
Will it overwrite my existing notes?
No silent overwrite is allowed. Generation and managed updates skip identical files and preserve any divergent local change as an explicit, reported conflict.
Are all PDFs and spreadsheets fully interpreted?
No. Image-only PDFs may have no extractable text—OCR is not attempted. Spreadsheet formulas are not executed; only available values are read.
Does it provide accounting, tax, legal, or compliance advice—or claim certifications?
No. It is an organizational tool with no professional advice and no claimed certifications or regulatory-compliance status.
What is not included?
No hosted cloud vault, mobile app, client portal, autonomous outreach, mass emailing, scraping, ad buying, payment-card storage, hidden telemetry, or automatic external action.
